Arrival: Upon your arrival at the Hotel Irvine, all Attendees must proceed to the pre-function area by the Grand Ballroom for registration. 

 

Walk-ins: Walk in attendance will be available on a space available basis.  Onsite payment by cash, check or credit card will be accepted at registration.

 

Parking: Free onsite parking is available on surface lots.

 

Directions: The conference is accessible by car and by public transportation.

7 Ways to Make the Most of This Conference

 

1. Do your homework! Review the 2017 Conference Program page to identify your target agencies and learn as much as you can about what the agencies purchase and how.

 

2. Be sure your registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) is current. The System for Award Management (SAM) is the Official U.S. Government system. There is NO fee to register for this site.

 

3. Send at least 2 representatives from your company if possible. One of you can attend the workshops, the other can participate in the matchmaking sessions.

 

4. Have a clear, concise capability statement that includes business type (socio-economic status), NAICS codes, and a description of your products and services. This should be on a 1-page document.

 

5. Bring lots of business cards!

 

6. Check out the agenda on-line. It will be updated with speakers and workshops as they become available.
